Idsca.com Sportsbook Pay Per Head Review
Today’s dose of sportsbook pay per head reviews will be about IDSCA, or International Data Solutions. They are one of the older sportsbook Pay Per Head Providers in the industry, as early as 1997. One could say that they are one of the companies that pioneered the online sports betting industry. If you want to learn how to be a bookie agent, you will need to read through our reviews and pick one provider who can suit your needs. The best way is to learn from Sportsbook PPH Experts.
Idsca.com is also the first ever site to offer personalized websites to their clients. They also offered toll-free numbers. They are also staffed by a lot of technical experts to ensure the security and speed of their services.
Sportsbook Review: Registration
Out of all the sites that we have reviewed so far, idsca.com took the longest. They have a three-step process where you sign up through an online form, you configure your account access, and start using your sportsbook. First step: fill out the online form. Took as a while before we got confirmation. Second, we had to call them to start configuring our account. We were asked what we wanted to offer in our website, our preferences, number of players and a lot more. Third step, we were asked for a deposit, then they will start personalizing our website.
Starting Our Sportsbook
It was kind of a throwback experience for us, as we looked at an interface that was clean, but their system was still on ASI. While it does its job, there are other software that are newer and we prefer those more. But as a bookie agent, their management options were just confusing and required us to click a lot and move around other pages to get something done. Another issue we had was there were a lot of limitations on what we could do. For example, we could not configure the online casino – if a player wanted to use the online casino, we had to call them to fix it for us. Its time-consuming, and the more time spent waiting on these things means more time without earning from our players.
Pros: Established company
Has live chat and a private toll-free number
Account to account transfers
Free private website
Cons: No live casino or poker room
Very expensive at $23 per head
Agent Management System is very hard to use
FINAL RATING: 1.5 OUT OF 4 STARS
One of the things we have noticed with pioneers, is that there is a tendency to be complacent. Once you stop being competitive, the clients are the ones who lose because they get less value for their money. In the case of ISDCA.com, their site was okay. But that was it, it was just okay. It was very expensive, given the fact that we could point you to providers who can give you a lot more for 1/3 their price. The main reason why we gave them a low rating, however, was really the lack of flexibility agents have in fixing everything. The idea of having to call again and again to fix certain options defeat the purpose of a good sportsbook pay per head service: to have everything in our hands, and to be able to manage our business quickly and easily.
