Warriors Lose Another Player to Injury
When gambling on fast-paced leagues like the NBA, anyone who wants to become a bookie should always be on top of the latest news. Especially with high profile teams like the Golden State Warriors. Before the season started, the Warriors were one of the top teams that people bet on to win the championship for the 2019-2020 season. But the odds for the Warriors are going down. It will probably drop even more, as the Warriors lose another player to injury.
The first injury that hit the roster happened 4 months ago where Klay Thompson tore his ACL. This this happened more than 3 months before the season started, many were optimistic that he would still be able to catch up later on in the season. Unfortunately, it looks like Thompson will need to sit out the season. Rumor has it that he will be out up to June at the earliest, to recover completely.
More Injuries
Kevin Looney, power forward, is also out due to a hamstring injury. We don’t expect to see him at least until the first week of November. Meanwhile, shooting guard Jacob Evans is also out with a hip injury. Evans will be out until at least the first week of December. One of the more painful injuries is a broken left hand for Stephen Curry. The star player will be expected to be out of the court until at least halfway through February.
In another stroke of bad luck, D’Angelo Russell will also be out for a few days for an ankle injury. Russell expected to return on the first week of November. This will need a bit of readjusting in line management from your Bookie PPH, especially for the next few games.
Warriors Lose Another Player
And it seems like their luck is still not changing. Draymond Green injured his finger, which will take him out of the Warrior’s rotation for at least a few more games. Green tore a ligament on his left index finger in a game against the San Antonio Spurs. They are still observing the injury, but the team will definitely play it smart to not overwork Green.
With all of the injuries of the team, its more than likely that their chances of getting into the championships are decreasing. This will be more obvious as the season moves along without Steph Curry, who is said to be the heart of the team. With the major players of the Warriors out, and with new and inexperienced players getting the sudden opportunity to step up, things will be challenging for the team this season. Naturally, bookies will be adjusting their lines, especially for futures and prop bets. Good thing a good pay per head service will make it easier for bookies to manage their sportsbooks and adjust their lines in real time.
