AcePerHead PPH Review

Last updated on September 15th, 2019 at 08:08 pm

AcePerHeadAcePerHead.com is one of the most popular Sportsbook Pay Per Head providers. We found it fitting to make our first pay per head review about aceperhead bookie review. Our AcePerHead PPH Review will talk about their history, software and more.

AcePerHead has been in business in 1998 and they are part of the Ace Sportsbook group. Some reviewers have said that AcePerHead started in 2012, so we don’t know when they started. Anyway, this pay per head provider looks to be targeting the North American market. We assume this, based on the simple and dark layout of their site.

From reading through their features, we do like their security. They offer 7-layered DDOS protection and a full redundancy position. To give you a streamlined review, we will be signing up as users to this site, and we will document every step of the way.

Pay Per Head Review: Registration

Upon first glance, the website seems easy enough to navigate in, with a clean layout. We then submitted our email address, and other information in the registration form. Then we had to wait for a confirmation email. We gave them a lot of information when we signed up. But the only thing mentioned in our confirmation email was someone asking for us to contact them. The email came in a couple of hours later so we were a bit miffed to told to call someone to complete the process.

Anyway, we called our personal account manager and talked about the registration process. The tone was a bit cold, like a sales call. We talked about our bookie operation, and how many players we had. We also talked about a website that they will personalize for us. It came out as the account manager was not too knowledgeable about the industry. Moreover, we felt that he was more of following a script or a set of procedures.

Starting our Bookie Business with AcePerHead.com

The first 6 weeks are free, so that was a plus for us. But they did ask for a deposit for the first payment after the free period. So much for the “free” part, but we gave a deposit anyway. And we were glad we did, because the player and agent platform was good. To be sure, we played around the software and the platform. We then tried using it as a bookie and as a player, trying out betting on baseball. The site run well, and the lines were good enough for recreational players as well. A bonus, was that they also had a player chat option. Payouts offer a few payment options, but person-to-person was there, so it was fine.

PROS: The $10 per head includes a personalized website

They have a decent enough PPH service

Personal Account Manager even for small accounts

Betting Platform is very easy to use for both players and bookies

CONS: $10 per head could have gotten us more features with other providers

PPH Service was good and reliable, but again, there could be more offered

Personal Account Manager was not too knowledgeable and not friendly

Not a free trial because of the deposit needed

FINAL RATING: 2.5 out of 4 Stars

They could have gotten a better rating for our pay per head review. Especially if the first person we talked to was friendly and made a lasting good impression. Platform and services were a bit basic- you could be getting more bang for your buck in other websites.

Instead, we recommend using PricePerPlayer.com as they have better prices and a quality gambling platform.

Just ok

This review is pretty spot on. They arent bad, theyre just not good enough. I was able to find a better pay per head for half the price, so they are not competitive with the market.

Meh

Not worth your time and money. Go somewhere else or waste your money like me.

I started out with them but I found a better pay per head. They're not too bad, I just found better.
